Exnode.AI is a product of Exeton Corp, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Exeton Corp is the controller of any personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@exnode.ai.

We think this is the most useful part of the policy, so it comes first. On this website:

• We do not use cookies.
• We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.
• We do not embed third-party scripts, fonts, pixels or widgets. Fonts are served from our own domain, so your browser makes no request to any third party while loading this site.
• We do not build profiles, and we do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing.

The only place this site asks for personal data is the enquiry form on the contact page. It asks for your name, your organisation, your work email address, what you are evaluating, and a free-text message.

When you submit that form, the information is sent to us by email so we can respond. We use it for that purpose and to follow up on your enquiry — nothing else. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in the message field; use it to tell us what you would like to discuss, and we will arrange a secure channel if the subject calls for one.

Our lawful basis is that the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL), the equivalent basis is that processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request.

The site is a set of static files served from Amazon S3 through Amazon CloudFront. To deliver a page, AWS necessarily processes your IP address and basic request metadata, and may retain it briefly for security and abuse prevention under its own terms. We do not currently enable access logging, so we do not hold server logs of your visit.

The site stores one item in your browser’s session storage, named exn_intro_played. It records only that you have already seen the opening title sequence, so it does not replay on every page. It contains no personal data, is not a cookie, is never sent to us, and is discarded when you close the tab.

Amazon Web Services hosts the site and, if you email us, our mail provider transmits and stores your message. They act as processors on our behalf. Beyond that, your enquiry is seen only by the Exeton Corp staff who need to answer it — for technical enquiries, that is the engineering team.

Our infrastructure is located in the United States (AWS us-east-1) with content delivered from CloudFront edge locations worldwide. If you are in the EEA or the UK, this means your data may be transferred outside your region; those transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses in our providers’ terms.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards to maintain a record of the discussion — normally no more than 24 months from our last contact, unless a longer period is required for an ongoing commercial relationship or by law. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. Write to info@exnode.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also complain to your local supervisory authority. In the UAE, you may raise a concern with the UAE Data Office.

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS with HSTS enabled, and there is no application server, database or user account attached to it — the origin is a private storage bucket that only our CDN can read. This removes most of the attack surface a marketing site normally carries. No system is perfectly secure, but we have kept the exposed surface deliberately small.

If we add analytics, enable server logging, or change how the enquiry form is processed, we will update this policy and change the date at the top before those changes take effect.
